Can a healthy diet and supplementation heal a person?

Nutrition is a major contributor and the most important factor in preventing and treating cancer. In the right doses and from the right source supplements can help to enhance the condition and build the immune system. Supplements from a pure source where there are no factories or environmental pollutants is very important that’s why its better to work with a physician who checks and oversees the production and supplier.

There is more to an orange than just vitamin c and that’s why it would be important to eat  the whole food than just the supplements. But on the other side the intake of 50 oranges  is a stress for the digestive system and that’s why it is relevant to actually discuss the dietary plans and supplementation with your doctor. Fresh juice and foods is the best even if pesticides have been used its better than not eating it all.

There is much that can be done through embracing a holistic approach once you know the best way to support your system.

Healing with Supplements and Diets

How would you know what is a good supplement?

There is no guarantee for that, and even if you say I will buy expensive products, there’s no guarantee that this product is very good. We have another philosophy that we don’t buy supplements from any producer when we are not there and control the factory. We also look from where the supplements come. We ask them if there is streets near the factory or in the nearby area’s that maybe poisoning anything else.  This work as doctors, as scientists for patients is very difficult to make such controls. So I can’t give you general advice what to do with supplements, I can only say to you that, supplements can help to enhance the general condition, can help to improve the immune system. You have to take the right supplements, and the right concentration and from the right supplier.

What’s the best supplement and vitamins?

If you eat a tomato, an apple or an orange, you are not only taking Vitamin C, this is only a little part of it. There are so many substances inside this orange which we don’t know how they work. Fresh foods and fresh juices is the best. Even if you say they use pesticides or anything even that is much better than taking anything else.

In a supplement you have only one sort of vitamin. But there are some vitamins which are very good, which is in a high concentration which you will not find in juice.

The normal Vitamin C pill has around 500 milligram of Vitamin C. We know that up to 40 gram is ok for a cancer patient, you can give it. It is cytotoxic to cancer cells. There are studies from the bio clinic which say that’s not the truth and we have other results. But there are many studies which show that Vitamin C is cytotoxic for cancer cells.

To get 40gram Vitamin C, you have to take 80 pills. Not good for the stomach, no one will do that, and you cannot eat so many oranges. If you take supplements, if you use it, someone has to give it to you, someone who knows how they work; which is the best concentration, where you get the Vitamin C, how it is produced and so on. This is not very easy for cancer patients.

That means food is the best remedy

That’s right, and that’s why he have a biological kitchen here, and that’s we have nutritionist here who also work  with us and that’s why we concentrate our cancer therapy not only by giving cytoxifications or biological agents to destroy the cells. We are also thinking about every patient’s concentration, we are analyzing his food, how is his general way of life and we say “you have to eat that and this, but not that.’

I see that, Nutrition is the most important factor in getting cancer, because we see in many countries, also on Pole countries that they don’t have cancer problems like we do. And the reason is that they don’t eat so much fat. Fat is risk factor for cancer, not only sugar. Sugar from cells is not a risk factor for cancer, it is supporting cancer growth but it is not initiating cancer, otherwise you would have higher cancer rate than diabetic patients, it’s a bit higher, but it’s not much. I think before  cancer occurs, nutrition is the most important thing, if there’s good nutrition in every patient, he’s well protected. After that, the position or the role of nutrition is not so high. After you have cancer, then nutrition is supporting you in the therapy, but nutrition will not be the main factor which will heal you, it will only support you.

We advice patients to eat fresh foods, fresh juice; not to eat so much meat, fatty meat, to eat more fish and those type of things. But this whole food program can’t be told to you in ten minutes. It depends on the person.

One big problem is, because of the therapy or sometimes because  of the illness they have so much nausea and low appetite that they couldn’t eat what you give them. So in the beginning we have the patient with self made things that they get the energy and they don’t have a very big protein in loss, that’s one of the main important factors in cancer therapy. The patients, they are not eating, they don’t have appetite, they’re lying and when they’re lying they are not moving. When they are not moving they have low appetite and so on.

Many patients have edema, in the abdomen or in the legs because of low protein. That’s why we are against ridiculous solutions. When a colleague says no meat anymore, we say is you can eat meat but not too much one or two times a week, you can eat more fish or salt, you need these proteins.
