<p style="text-align: justify;">Perhaps one of the greatest killers of the Twenty First Century is busy-ness. It destroys productivity and kills people. Our health, productivity and happiness are undermined by outdated ideas on work which have hung around since the beginning of the industrial revolution &#8211; ideas such as longer hours working means you are being more productive. Productivity isn’t measured by how many hours you’re putting in, but by what you’re getting out or ‘producing’. Lack of creativity and poor decisions due to fatigue or poor thinking can be very costly.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We are so busy in our lives that we spend only a few minutes each day on our health, which creates a state of deferred living. “I’ll get around to it later, tomorrow, one day”. This deferment of living puts off many good intentions, many life enhancing activities, to a future which may never eventuate. Or perhaps we work at a body and brain killing pace so we can have 4 weeks of holidays or, even worse, we defer everything until when we retire! Living has to be done now. Our health is something we take for granted. We often don&#8217;t worry about it until we no longer have it. However, when we get ill, we’re willing to do almost anything to get better. Well, maybe it’s time to do a little now to help avoid problems later. If you’re not happy or healthy now it won’t occur when you retire. It has to begin now!</p>
<p>My research shows me that busy-ness and lack of motivation are the two major factors stopping us from looking after our health and productivity. However, I believe that the lack of motivation also stems from the fact that we’re so busy we don’t see the forest for the trees. We’re so caught up in the details we don’t stand back to look at the broader picture; we don’t ask the important questions. The pace we’ve set ourselves carries us along, like the mouse on the treading wheel. The wheel spins faster and faster but doesn’t go anywhere. We are so caught up in being busy we don’t get time to just stop and think, to sort out what’s important in life. Those people who do often have a mid-life crisis or opt for a ‘sea change’.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We think we’ve taken charge of our lives in our busy-ness &#8211; in reality our lives are out of our control as we try to juggle the often conflicting pressures of work, financial commitments, family, friends and our perceptions of what we need to be achieving in order to be ‘successful’. Even our relaxation time is being busy, going here and doing this or that, even managing to catch up on a bit of work in our so called recreation time. We even wear the busy-ness badge boastfully on our chests to prove how good we are, ‘I’m just so busy’. Well, in my view it s not a badge of success, rather it’s a badge of self importance that’s slowly killing us. When people say to me that they are busy, I say ‘Sorry, hope you get over it (before it kills you)’. Busy-ness has not made anyone happy and the busy-ness level that most people maintain now is a distraction from reality.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #000080;">&#8220;Television is just junk food for the senses and brain.&#8221;</span></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We have lost the ability to stop. Whenever we do stop we feel that we have to fill the gaps with something. And no, television is not stopping. In fact it’s just junk food for the senses and brain. It feeds your senses negative messages and stimulates your brain just enough to keep you focussed. It portrays ridiculous stereotypes and lifestyles that sink into our subconscious and as a result we need to be busier to aspire to these examples of success. In a study of relationships, both males and females felt more inadequate after watching the stereotypical good looking characters on TV, and also now felt less satisfied with their partners.</p>
<p>As a consequence of ‘busy-ness’  the average Australian male now has his first heart attack or stroke at 56 and it is not uncommon now for busy people to have their first stroke at 35 or 40 years of age. One in 10 strokes occurs before the age of 40. The resultant 20 or more years lost, averaged over a lifetime, deprives that person of about 26% of their life. Or if you’re concerned more with work and productivity, it amounts to losing about 6 hours a day, every day of your life. The Australian female, who on average will live to about 82, has her first heart attack or stroke at around 64. She dies about 5 years too early and will have about 10 years of disability. This works out to losing about 18% of her life, which is 4.5 hours a day. It appears Monday morning and deadlines are the biggest instigators of these events but overall, chronic stress is more deadly than immediate stressful events, which just seem ‘top it off’, so to speak.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The three biggest killers in our society are in order; cancer, heart attack and stroke. The cancer rates in Australia continue to increase. Today we have three times the cancer rate of our grandfathers, despite the decreasing incidence and deaths from lung cancer (which is the result of lower smoking rates). The good news however, is the majority of cancers and cardiovascular disease, as well as many other health problems including mental and physical disability can be prevented using simple mechanisms. Assessing your lifestyle and taking preventative action is not just of benefit to your health – it’s also a very positive step for productivity. Do you get paid for your ability to make good decisions? Poor health reduces your focus, concentration and capacity to make good decisions. Poor health leads to fatigue and foggy thinking and as a result, increased irritability and annoyance &#8211; the grumpy boss syndrome &#8211; or is it the grumpy receptionist syndrome?</p>
<p>Poor health also leads to the vicious sleep cycle of sleep deprivation. Working late, too busy to go to bed at a reasonable hour, or even watching TV for relaxation before you go to sleep, are the first signs. You then need the alarm to wake you up a few minutes before you rush off to work, skipping breakfast or having a junk, processed cereal breakfast and a cup of coffee to wake you up. A few more cups of strong coffee to get you through the day on your artificial caffeine high, your adrenals working overtime because you feel stressed, which of course reduces your duration and depth of sleep so you need to wake up with an alarm blaring the next morning. And the cycle goes around and around.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Skipping breakfast is the worst thing you can do for your heart and brain. Your brain’s energy supplies are exhausted at around 9 am, so without breakfast your brain is functioning 20-40% less efficiently. Missing breakfast also tends to help you put weight on over a lifetime because you get so hungry later during the day that you crave a hit of sugar, because your body has gone into starvation mode.</p>
<p><a href="http://cancer.maxawareness.com/members/wp-content/uploads/maxAwareness.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-7852" title="maxAwareness" src="http://cancer.maxawareness.com/members/wp-content/uploads/maxAwareness.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="200" /></a>The busy-ness factor also means you don’t have time to eat well, in fact, don’t have time to eat, so you eat on the run. Poor food, poorly chewed is more difficult to digest, increasing problems for your digestive system such as indigestion, bloating, gas and constipation. Such problems can even contribute to bowel cancer down the track.</p>
<p>The junk food you scoff down has plenty of calories but little nutrition, so your brain and body are functioning around 70%. And remember, you didn’t have breakfast so you’d already reduced your capacity to function efficiently by 20 &#8211; 40%. Much of your brain is made out of essential fatty acids, as are all the cell membranes in your body which are essential for getting all the nutrients in and all the toxic waste out of your cells.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Our diet is mostly deficient in the omega 3s, found in fish oils and some seed and nut oils. Without Omega 3s the structure of your brain resembles a house that is built out of mortar rather than bricks and mortar. Your brain uses around 20-25% of your body’s energy so it also needs a constant supply of not just energy, but also vitamins, antioxidants and minerals to function and prevent brain decay. The latest research shows that just one fish meal a week reduces your risk of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease by around 30%. Most of the processed foods we eat are devoid of nutrition, so to keep your brain optimum health you need to eat to foods which are naturally rich.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Then maybe you have some fried foods and meat (saturated fats) at the next business meeting. These tend to thicken the blood which slows down the nutrients and oxygen supply to the brain, and as a result, slows your thinking and memory and clogs your arteries with those nasty fatty deposits called plaque. One of the first signs of clogging arteries is poor thinking and memory – brain fog &#8211; as your brain can’t get all the nutrients it needs.</p>
<p>If you have a few soft drinks which are high in sugar or brain excitotoxins (artificial sweeteners) and have a high acid level, this will play havoc with your body, particularly your bones and teeth. Forget the fluoride debate &#8211; if you want to protect your teeth, give up soft drinks. The sugar will send you hyper for 15 minutes before it brings you to a sugar low another 15 minutes later. Sugar and sugary foods are great if you are about to do a triathlon (but even then I wouldn’t recommend white sugar), not if you’re sitting in your office.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">At last! The day is through and it’s evening, time for a few drinks, alcohol, to help you unwind and relax. But aren’t a few drinks good for you? Well, it depends on who you believe and how you interpret the research. One glass for a woman and two for men does reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes, particularly red wine. But the major benefits are when this is consumed with a meal or just after a meal. In addition, it is really only of benefit for males over 50 and females over 55. There are some advantages to being a bit older. Any more than one or two drinks however, and the benefits quickly become disadvantages.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The problem we face isn’t the one off drink or the occasional meal of junk food, but the accumulation of negative choices over months, years and a lifetime. All these ‘treats’ give us momentary satisfaction but don’t improve our lives or make us happier. We are so busy we have become a culture of immediate (yet momentary) satisfaction seekers. The little habits we create every day add up and the longer they go on, the harder they are to break. Ask anyone who smokes or the millions of people who have dieted and failed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">From the graph below you will see that you need to spend about two hours a day on your health. ‘Oh no’, I hear you cry, ‘I can’t do that, I don<a href="http://cancer.maxawareness.com/members/wp-content/uploads/The-Time-Excuse-maxawareness.png"><img class="size-medium wp-image-7853 alignright" title="The-Time-Excuse maxawareness" src="http://cancer.maxawareness.com/members/wp-content/uploads/The-Time-Excuse-maxawareness-231x300.png" alt="" width="231" height="300" /></a>’t have time!’ Well in that case stop reading now, as this information will not benefit you and instead, head to the doctors for your fifteen minute visit and wait for the magic bullet to arrive. Or at least start praying for your health, because the research does show that at least praying may help.   If you can make the time then it’s going to be the best investment you’ll ever make. For every two hours you give to yourself, you’ll get more productive time each day and between 12 &#8211; 20 hours of quality time added to your life. Probably the best return on an investment you’ll get anywhere.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Health isn’t a fifteen minute visit to your doctor. It’s a lifetime of looking after you. Real hope lies in what you are able and willing to do here and now for your own health. Our busy lives, our work and our health, and the health of our family, should not be mutually exclusive.</p>
<p>So what do you need to do now that you are still interested? Well you already know most of it, but here’s my package, the ‘Dingle DEAL’. For health and productivity you can’t just focus on one area &#8211; you need to look at Diet, Environment, Attitude and Lifestyle (the DEAL) and how they all interrelate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you really want a nutritious and health sustaining diet, forget the processed foods, pastries, pasta, over processed potatoes and white bread, sugar and salt and go for nuts, seeds, fruit, veges, beans and whole foods. Make sure that some are still raw – don’t cook everything. Reduce your coffee intake in the afternoon and increase your intake of tea if you like hot beverages. Despite what you read, tea is not a strong diuretic and can be consumed in copious amounts as it has an abundance of antioxidants. Just remember it has caffeine in it too, so don’t consume too much in the afternoon. Eat red meat once a week or less and cut down on dairy products. Milk is great as a condiment for my tea but is a relatively poor source of calcium for the body. Even the skinny milks increase the risk of heart attach and stroke. Eat fish, particularly the oily ones as much as you like and supplement with fish oils. Yes, at least 2 -4 capsules (1 gram each) a day.</p>
<p>Eat breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner but make sure they’re real foods. A healthy snack of nuts at 3 pm will make a big difference to your energy levels. I try to make this a main meal and have a light dinner. Haven’t you wondered why kids eat at this time (as do retirees who are no longer constrained by office hours)? This is our natural eating and energy cycle, rather than a big meal at 8 pm.</p>
<p>The Environment is our home, the sicker it is, the sicker and less productive we are. By doing simple things we can make a big difference, but we need to act now as the problems will take decades or even hundreds of years to fix. Leave the car home a few days each week (and buy a smaller car next time you need to trade it in). Cut your shower time in half and, for something different, grow your own veges. Quite a few vegetables can be grown successfully in pots if you don’t have space for a garden. Transporting food around the world is not environmentally sustainable. I specialize in silver beet and spinach as these are a great source of iron, calcium, magnesium and many other nutrients and anyone can grow them. Cut down on the chemicals you buy and bring into your home, as our research shows the more chemicals in your home the sicker you’ll be, and in particular, the health of your kids will be affected. Buying fewer chemicals not only reduces your health problems but also reduces the tonnes of chemicals going into the environment. Forget all the antibacterial cleaners &#8211; they don’t protect your health. Invest in fibre technology to clean the home and office and open your doors and windows as the air inside is 10 times more polluted than the air outside. Every little bit counts and it all starts with you.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For Attitude, identify your values – what’s important to you? This is probably the most fundamental and important thing you can do. Then develop your goals using the What, When, How and Why process, which is explained in my new book. Use cognitive reframing or Emotional Freedom Techniques, but forget the affirmations unless you take steps to actually put them into practice. Or you can just smile more, fake it till you make it. Just the act of smiling changes your attitude. Smiling or deep breathing if you’re feeling stressed relaxes your body and reduces stress. How simple is that? What’s even better is that if you smile, others will also smile, so it has a double benefit. In fact research has shown that if people are feeling happy before they attempt a challenging task, they perform better &#8211; so smile the next time you have to sort out a problem!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For Lifestyle you need to build in the Go and the Stop approach. Integrate your physical activity into your work day. Walk or cycle to the bus/train station or to work. Catch a bus once or twice a week, get out of your comfort zone, it’s squeezing you too tightly. I often recommend business clients to have some of their one-on-one meetings while walking. Just being in a different environment with more blood flowing through your brain will generate many more creative ideas. Get out of the office. A couple of people I work with now spend some time walking with their families instead of watching TV. Our body is designed for movement. Being fit means being able to engage in life to the full. Being unfit lowers your productivity, increases your suffering and simply reduces your chances of survival. Your physical activities should include some weight bearing exercise because it protects bone mass and prevents your muscles from deteriorating.</p>
<p>Learn to stop. The research on the benefits of meditation and yoga are overwhelming. There are many, many techniques, so try a few to find out what suits you. Just 10 minutes a day is a great way to start and you can then build this up at your own pace.    Finally, on Lifestyle, learn to manage your energy. Identify when you have your energy highs and lows &#8211; this knowledge can reduce your arguments and mistakes dramatically. One of the most common energy lows is around 3 or 4 pm, which also happens to be the time when most diets are broken, the most chocolate is eaten and most arguments occur. Instead eat a healthy snack, go for a walk or just close the office door for 20 minutes to meditate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May you live longer, be smarter and enjoy life. But remember only you can look after your health and it starts now, not tomorrow.</p>

Of course there are articles proving the same reduced mortality and morbidity from higher levels of plasma vitamin C in every condition, particularly Cancer.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since plasma Vitamin C levels must be high if you want to have 100 mg levels of vitamin C in urine, you now can avoid the need for measuring plasma levels of vitamin C using convenient affordable urine Vitamin C testing. <p>The most promising results have been seen using a multi-nutritional supplement that contains extracts from a variety of vegetables and foods. Practitioners of alternative medicine are using these new treatments on patients that have not responded well to conventional treatments.</p>
<p>I know personally of one man whose doctor recommended another round of chemotherapy, which would have brought him up to three rounds, total. Instead, he chose an alternative treatment that included dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as a nutrient &#8220;cocktail&#8221;. He is now cancer-free.</p>
<p>I am not suggesting that the studies concerning resveratrol and prostate cancer should encourage you to ignore your doctor&#8217;s suggestions or to run out and buy some cheap supplement off a drugstore shelf. Most supplements are not standardized. The amounts used in animal studies are equivalent to a dosage that far exceeds what is known to be safe.</p>
<p>In other words, if you are interested in a resveratrol prostate cancer &#8220;treatment&#8221;, I would recommend that you consult a doctor of natural or holistic medicine. If you are interested in resveratrol prostate cancer &#8220;prevention&#8221;, I would recommend a multi-nutritional supplement manufactured by a company that guarantees purity, potency and safety.</p>
<p>You see, there are a number of vegetable and plant extracts that are believed to protect the health of the prostate and help to prevent a variety of different types of cancer. Saw palmetto, lycopene, nettle root and zinc are examples of extracts that support prostate health. In addition, there are a group of nutrients that work in &#8220;synergy&#8221; with resveratrol to provide the greatest anti-cancer effects. These same anti-cancer affects can help protect the body from heart disease and other life-threatening diseases, in which chronic inflammation plays a role.</p>
<p>According to the studies concerning resveratrol and prostate cancer, one of the benefits is to inhibit the production of inflammatory molecules. In nature, there are hundreds of natural anti-inflammatories. Researchers have found that the synthetic anti-inflammatory drugs do not provide the same benefit.</p>
<p>I have been concerned, because pharmaceutical companies are developing a synthetic resveratrol prostate cancer treatment, which is also to be used to help control blood sugar levels in diabetes. Synthetic nutrients have never been as effective as the naturally occurring compounds. I believe that researchers will also find that this is true of synthetic resveratrol and prostate cancer treatment; the results will not be good. The reason that pharmaceutical companies set out to make a synthetic form of a naturally occurring substance is so that they can patent it and make more money.</p>
<p>Naturopathic and holistic practitioners might suggest resveratrol prostate cancer preventatives, but they are not likely to recommend prescription drugs of any kind. If there is a history of the disease in your family or if you are concerned for other reasons, you might want to learn more about resveratrol and prostate cancer, as well as the nutrients that work in synergy with it to provide the greatest benefits.</p>

No one is sure exactly what causes this condition but it develops when cells in the breast start to multiply in a rapid and uncontrolled way. Although no one knows the exact cause there are number of factors that have been linked with prevention. In this article I will be discussing three tips that could help you prevent this nasty disease.</p>
<p>1) CONSUME LESS ALCOHOL:- A number of studies have suggested that drinking alcohol can increase your chances of getting this type of cancer. Cancer Research UK estimate that around 2,000 of the breast cancer cases reported in the UK each year are caused by alcohol. Multiple studies also suggest that the amount of alcohol consumed directly influences your likelihood of contracting this disease. Therefore, if you drink alcohol you are more at risk than a none drinker and if you are a heavy drinker then you are more at risk than a moderate drinker.</p>
<p>Now I am not suggesting that you completely alter your alcohol intake because there are other factors that influence breast cancer too. However, it could be a good idea to monitor your alcohol consumption for a week and see if there is anywhere you could make some cutbacks. Perhaps, instead of drinking a glass of wine with every evening meal you could alternate and have it every other night. Maybe instead of going for weekly drinks with friends you could go for a meal or to the cinema on alternate weeks. Small changes such as these could help you reduce your overall alcohol consumption.</p>
<p>2) EAT MORE HEALTHY FOODS:- A lot of researchers agree that a healthy diet is a key element of breast cancer prevention. In particular, trans fats have been linked with the development of this type of cancer. On the other hand fruits and vegetables are thought to lower your risk of contracting this disease because they contain cancer protective vitamins and phyto-chemicals.</p>
<p>If your diet contains a lot of processed or man made foods then you really need to cut down as these are normally loaded with trans fat. Also try to make sure you are eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Like with alcohol, you don&#8217;t have to make significant changes to your diet right away. Instead, try to substitute one of the processed foods in your diet with a piece of fruit or veg every week. Before you know it your overall diet will have improved for the better and this could make the difference between contracting this type of cancer and not.</p>
<p>3) DO MORE EXERCISE:- Exercise is believed to help prevent this type of cancer. A study from Dr Michael Leitzmann that was published in the Journal of Breast Cancer Research [1] suggests that vigorous activity such as running, competitive sports and intense dancing could reduce your risk of contracting this disease. However, less intense exercise did not have the same effect. Therefore, if your current lifestyle is relatively inactive try and do some intense exercise two or three times per week. If you are stuck for ideas jogging, sprinting, skipping and team sports are all good choices.</p>
<p>Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in the UK. However, by following the preventative tips discussed in this article you can hopefully avoid it. How would you know which category of alternative medicine would be most beneficial and suit your requirements? You would need to be careful and understand just what your medical needs are, and then, you would in addition, need a working knowledge of the category and the kind of alternative medicine that would be most effective for your problem.</p>
<p>You will find there are quite a large range of categories of alternative medicine. Many of these different categories were formulated due to the fact that there is no conventional, or allopathic medicine (Western medicine is by and large an allopathic system) cure or treatment for lots of medical anomalies, or anything unusual. therefore many people are looking for something that will help them, maybe not cure them or at least not a complete cure, but a little bit of hope for their health problem. Even for diseases where a cure is sometimes attainable, alternative medicine is occasionally the more dependable option.</p>
<p>With a cancer patient, for instance, there are genuine studies in the research books where many cancer patients who have been  through chemotherapy and radiation, and the caring oncologist has told their patient to go home and get all their affairs in order, because there was nothing more that could be done for them. Their are many patients, who have refused to just give up hope, and have turned to alternative medicine that included herbs and/or natural plant substances such as seeds, and in a short period of time, tests disclosed that the cancer was either hugely decreased in size, or had even in some cases completely disappeared. After hearing of testimonials like this, anyone would be silly not to want to attempt using any category of alternative medicine.</p>
<p>In addition, there are some people who would mistrust conventional medicine after an experience like this, and pass their opinions on to other people. Alternative medicine&#8217;s popularity is growing by leaps and bounds, possibly due in part to bad experiences with allopathic doctors and their role as healers in our society.</p>
<p>Obviously, it is not possible to know how many of the successes with alternative medicine were due not only to the fact that so many categories of alternative medicine are accessible for any illness or disease conceivable, but also as medical doctors and doctors of alternative medicines have actually seen many times, the power of the mind can achieve great healing. While alternative medicine has both the range and the ability to be able to heal, how much of its success is ascribable to the fact that its fans believed they would be made well so powerfully that a virtual miasma of hope came forth from their soul to join with the branches of alternative medicine and induced a healing?</p>
<p>We may never know how much power our minds have when it comes to alternative medicine, however, that alternate medicine does indeed work, and it has for numerous numbers of patients, that in itself is quite sufficient.

<p>In stage III,the cancer reached an advanced phase but it is still located only in the pelvis.This stage has three subsections (A, B, C) which are based on where the cancer has spread to within the pelvis.</p>
<p>In IIIA, the cancer spreads toward the ovaries or cancer cells spread into the abdomen.</p>
<p>In the next sub-stage IIIB, the cancer spreads and affects the vaginal area</p>
<p>In the third sub-stage, the cancer has spread to the lymph glands.</p>
<p>At stage IV, which is the most advanced stage, the uterine cancer has spread from the lymph glands to other organs such as the bowels or bladder and is no longer confined to the uterus or pelvic region. There are two divisions to this stage.</p>
<p>In the first sub-stage, the cancer affects the bowel or the bladder. In the last sub-stage, IVB, the cancer has spread to other regions or organs of the body, such as the liver, lungs or bones.</p>
<p>The most important thing here is to try to catch the cancer when it is in its early stages, this way the treatment will be relatively straightforward. The longer it goes undetected and untreated, the more complex the diagnosis will be and the more invasive treatment may become.</p>
<p>The stage at which the cancer is diagnosed will also play a role in the treatment options that you and your doctor will have available to you. Depending on the stage of the uterine cancer, you may be able to have a combination of treatments, including conventional and complementary, or even some alternative treatments.</p>

<p>Though there still doesn&#8217;t exist a panacea for treating the disease, some promising reports recently published have raised hopes vis-a-vis the power of naturals in arresting the disease.</p>
<p><b>How wine could help?</b></p>
<p>Wine, or rather a constituent of the red wine called &#8220;resveratrol&#8221; could aid in cancer prevention. The ingredient is actually a part of red grapes from which the red wine is derived.</p>
<p>The researchers at the University of Nebraska Medical Center have found that it works by inhibiting abnormal cell growth. Abnormal cell growth is a prime characteristic of many forms of breast cancers. Consequently, the wine&#8217;s powers could be harnessed to possibly prevent breast cancers.</p>
<p>In fact &#8220;resveratrol&#8221; is also sold as a dietary supplement, but its effectiveness in suppressing abnormal cell growth has come to light only recently.</p>
<p><b>A natural substance to the rescue</b></p>
<p>Cancers can sometimes be quite problematic to treat, as they can stop responding to cancer drugs, or even become resistant to them. But a natural substance &#8220;argyrin&#8221; has been found to destroy the unwanted tumor cells. This discovery has been published in the journal &#8220;Cancer Cell,&#8221; and the research was conducted at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research.</p>
<p>While, research on naturals has shown promise, an advancement has been registered in conventional medicine as well. For instance a compound called &#8220;STF-62247&#8243; discovered by the Stanford University researchers has been found to selectively damage cancer cells only, rather than target healthy cells too. Since cancer drugs can sometimes harm healthy cell too, this research published in the journal &#8220;Cancer Cell,&#8221; is perhaps just the first step towards developing effective cancer therapy with minimal side effects.</p>
<p>So till the time the science of cancer drugs with less side effects is perfected, the promise of naturals in treating cancer is welcome news for sure.</p>
